1.	Passes 
The congress pass prices include the €50 non-refundable deposit. Refund of remaining amount will be given only if cancellation is made prior to 27/03/2020. The deposit may be transferable.You can upgrade your pass at any time, without any administration fee. You will need to pay for the difference in price depending on the new pass chosen and the date of the upgrade.
Early Bird Price must be purchased until 30/11/2019 and must be paid in full by 31/12/2019 otherwise the Standard Price applies.
Standard Price must be purchased from 01/12/2020 and paid in full until 31/03/2020
Late Price is paid in full during the event or if you registered before the event and did not settle your account.
Day Passes are only available for the days of Saturday & Sunday.
The Congress organizers and the hosting venue are offering a 50% discount for children under the age of 12 for any pass except the “Kids Sunday Pass”.


2.	Accomomdation

Please note that SalsaCyprus rents the whole venue hotel for the whole weekend and you cannot book and pay for any room from any other website.
All bookings done through any other websites like booking.com will not be honored by the hotel !
The only way to secure a room at the Grecian Park Hotel is through our congress registration system, where you will receive a registration reference number which includes your registration details.
* Buffet Breakfast and Dinner with 1 local drink is included. 6pm late checkout is only guaranteed when checking out on Monday 25th. Prices above are in euro per person, per night
A free bus service that links the Grecian Bay Hotel with the Grecian Park Hotel is available only for hotel customers who have booked and payed their Grecian Bay reservation through the Cyprus Salsa Congress event organization.
The Grecian Bay Hotel  can be booked directly but without the buffet dinner and without access to the shuttle bus.
Accommodation is given on a first come first served basis. Sea View Rooms are assigned first.
It is not mandatory to get accommodation when you purchase a pass for the congress.
For the Grecian Park Hotel (Venue) there is minimum stay of 2 nights during the weekend. A booking of 3 nights or more will be given priority for Grecian Park.
Children Discounts: Free under the age of 4 , 50% under the age of 12. Accommodation discount is only valid when escorted by parents.
If you book a double or triple room , you must provide the names of your roommates. You should inform your roommates for your actions as well (booking number etc).
SalsaCyprus is not responsible in finding a roommate for you. However we will do our best to help you out to locate one. When you register online please select the appropriate selection in the “Looking for roommates” section.
In case you book single or double bed accommodation and your roommate opts-out, you are responsible for finding another roommate or else you will have to meet the accommodation price of the upgraded room (from triple to double or single etc).
Guests from abroad who would like to spend a few extra nights can book so at the same half board rates or reduced BB rates.
Buffet dinner w/ local drinks at the venue can be purchased directly from the reception prior to dinner and depending on availability (in case you are not staying at the Grecian Park)


Marketing Permissions:
During your presence at the premises of the event and your participation at various activities as an active participant or observer you may be photographed or filmed by our approved professional photographers. By being there, you automatically consent for the use of all or parts of the footage, for marketing and promotional purposes via social, print, audiovisual media.
